Prestige Assurance Plc has published its list of unclaimed dividends and urged affected shareholders to take steps to claim outstanding payments.
The company disclosed this in a notice to shareholders dated August 21, 2026, stating that the list is available on its website. Prestige Assurance said it opted to publish the list online instead of in newspapers due to the high number of names involved.
Affected shareholders can view the Prestige Assurance unclaimed dividends list here and check whether their names appear on the list.
Shareholders whose names are listed have been advised to contact the company’s registrar, First Registrars & Investors Services Limited, to begin the process of claiming their dividends.
The insurer also urged shareholders to update their records with the registrar, particularly their bank account details, to facilitate the payment of outstanding dividends.
Shareholders who have not completed the e-Dividend registration process were also encouraged to contact the registrar and complete the required form.
Prestige Assurance said the move is part of its efforts to work with relevant stakeholders to reduce the incidence of unclaimed dividends in Nigeria.
