Secure Electronic Technology Plc (SET Plc) will hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Wednesday, September 23, 2026, in Lagos.
The meeting will take place at The Events Warehouse, Ilupeju, Lagos, at 12pm.
At the AGM, shareholders will consider the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, alongside reports from the directors, auditors and audit committee.
What shareholders will vote on
Shareholders will also vote on several corporate matters, including the re-election of directors retiring by rotation.
Four directors — Ben Murray Bruce, Otunba Osibogun, Wobia Allen-Agbosa (with Tunde Ayeni as alternate), and Collins Chikeluba — are retiring by rotation and have offered themselves for re-election.
The meeting will also consider the reappointment of the company’s external auditors, the election or re-election of Audit Committee members, and the disclosure of managers’ remuneration.
Another key item is a proposal to approve the remuneration of Non-Executive Directors.
What this means for shareholders
The AGM gives SET Plc shareholders an opportunity to review the company’s 2025 financial performance, vote on board and audit matters, and consider the proposed pay for Non-Executive Directors.
Shareholders who cannot attend physically will be able to follow the AGM through a live stream, with the link to be provided on the company’s website.
The company has also reminded shareholders who have not activated their e-dividend mandate to do so through PAC Registrars.
