Red Star Express Plc’s qualification date for its proposed final dividend of 45 kobo per ordinary share is today, September 1, 2026.
Shareholders whose names appear on the company’s Register of Members as of the close of business today will qualify for the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The Register of Shareholders will subsequently be closed from September 2 to September 4, 2026, while the dividend is scheduled for electronic payment on September 18, 2026 to eligible shareholders who have completed their e-dividend registration.
The company’s Annual General Meeting is also scheduled to hold on September 17, 2026, where shareholders will consider the proposed dividend, among other matters.
